Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups great northern beans, or any of your favorite beans
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 cut carrots
- 2 chopped celery stalks
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 ham bone
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
Directions
Cover ham bone and beans with water. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Cook slowly one hour. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium low heat 3-4 hours for best flavor.
