Spicy Joes
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion chop fine
- 1 tsp ground comino(cumin)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
- hamburger buns, bread, etc.
Directions
In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain fat. Continue cooking meat and add onions and stir for several minutes. Mix all dry spices in a bowl and stir into hamburger and onions and let cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and jalapeño ketchup and simmer on low for 10 min. Put one or two scoops on each hamburger bun and break out the pickles, french fries and Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup and an ice cold glass of tea… Ahhh!
