Salmon Croquettes
Ingredients
- 1 flat can of salmon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup crushed crackers
- 4 tbsp shortening
- finely crushed crackers coating
Directions
Melt shortening in skillet. Mix salmon, crushed crackers and salt, and shape into 6-8 croquettes. Dip them into beaten egg, roll in fine cracker crumbs to coat and fry each side until golden brown, then Spiceitup! with mild, medium or hot Jalapeño Ketchup.
