Chili Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 chickens cooked, boned and chopped
- 1 diced onion
- 1 lb grated American cheese
- 1 pint of Half & Half
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2-4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 large bag of nacho flavored Doritos
Directions
Sauté onions in margarine in large deep skillet. Mix all other ingredients with onions and margarine. Save some cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole. Put ingredients in a casserole pan and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 325°F (162.8°C) oven. Serve hot with Spiceitup! Make 2 casseroles and freeze one for dinner next week or next month!
