Spicy Roasted Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 3/4 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 6 pork loin chops 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
Sauté onions and garlic in hot oil until tender then stir in Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup and the other ingredients. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes. Salt chops and grill them over medium heat for 30 or 40 minutes, baste turn meat several times.
