Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp drained capers
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In food processor or blender, puree ricotta until smooth, then add other ingredients using on/off motion processing lightly until mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
