Spicy Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs spareribs
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

Place ribs in roaster. Add onions. Mix barbecue sauce and Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup and pour over ribs and cook covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F (176.7°C). Remove cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Have some tater salad & cole slaw ready…and plenty of napkins.
