Food Product Returns
Because our products are consumable goods, opened food items are generally non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of package/product
- Description of issue
We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food items
- Clearance products
- Gift cards (if offered)
